In brief
PEMS-LAB is a plug’n roll concept which is able to measure every pollutant specie emitted by engines in real driving conditions. This equipment allow you to conduct regulatory tests (RDE cycle) as well as measurements for engine development.
The choice of a power generator overcomes the constraints of
DC batteries and has a range and a charging facility without
rival.

Why being limited to five regulated pollutants for engine development and calibration ? The onboard measurement technology evaluates all gaseousand particulate (PM and PN) species emitted by engines thusallowing unlimited flexibility for your drafts and projects.
The onboard metrology achieves accuracy levels unequalled in
the field of board measurements: Less than 3% error on NEDC
and WLTC in comparison to approved type measurement
(approval analyzers and CVS).
Validated on test bench dynamometer, vibration testing … No
measuring equipment or gas bottles in the vehicle. Bearings and additional friction optimized (validation on dynamometer).
Real time resolution to 1Hz for gases and 10Hz for particles.
