I want to obtain a quotation
To obtain a quote in PDF format for the standard services offered, add the various services desired to the cart, view your cart and select Get quote in PDF format.
How many samples should I send?
For standard analysis, to avoid any malfunctions in samples (vials, bottles, etc.) and minimize the impact on results delivery times, it is recommended to provide us at least two samples per reference to be analyzed.
For an intra-batch reproducibility study, three samples are required for the reference to be analyzed.
What are the deadlines for obtaining results?
The deadlines for obtaining results depends on the number of samples to be analyzed.As a guideline, for standard analysis, the deadlines are a minimum of 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) in the form of a standardized test report per product, unless otherwise specified by the client.
Characterizing multiple samples during the same collaboration may affect the delivery time.
The express deadline option guarantees delivery of results within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for up to 4 samples for standard testing and up to 2 samples for reproducibility analysis.
